About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads to drive growth and expand our user base. You will play a crucial role in our sales process by building a pipeline of qualified leads and setting the stage for successful customer acquisition.
What You Will Do
- Research and identify potential leads through various online and offline channels.
- Engage with prospects through email, social media, and other communication platforms.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and detailed information.
- Collaborate with the sales team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales as a BDR within SaaS products or similar technology-driven industries.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects.
- Persistent and tenacious in pursuing leads.
- Resilient and able to handle stress effectively.
